The course is in great shape and we would like to keep it that way! So, please remember the 3 R’s of golf;
1) Repair your ball marks on the green
By repairing your ball marks on the green we can keep the course looking great and in top playable condition for your next round!
2) Rake sand traps
Courtesy is a key part of golf, if you find yourself in a sand trap make sure to give the trap a rake (when you’ve got yourself out of the trap situation).
3) Replace/repair divots
Things happen, grass gets hit. Just remember to repair your divots before moving onto the next hole to keep our greens looking like this.
Already over Stampede? We get it, so come out to the foothills where the crowds are a bit smaller and get in a round of golf or come for a bite at the Clubhouse (open to public). Book a tee time online or call the Pro Shop at 403-949-3333.

Celebrate Father’s Day all weekend at Wintergreen! Start with the Nine & Dine on Friday, then visit the Pro Shop for 25% OFF all Men’s clothing and 15% OFF all Men’s shoes (sale from 19th – 21st). Everyone had a great time that attended the Wintergreen Open on May 23rd. The weather was excellent and the meal that followed was incredible! Golf, friends and delicious food, what more could you ask for?!

Our Food & Beverage Manager, Brett Greenslade is getting ready to shave his curly locks this weekend! In a fundraiser for Childhood Cancer Canada, Brett will be shaving his head on Saturday!

The course came through the winter fairly well. A lot of work went on throughout the winter to keep ice off the some of the greens and it seems to have paid off. It has been nice to have some great weather to get things going this year and an early start was nice for a change, we all deserve a good spring! We are in full swing, the course has been fertilized, so no stopping now!
A big thanks to our Turf Crew, a lot of new people with a great deal to learn. All have done a great job so far, with lots yet to do.
