Additional Policies & Procedures

Thank you for your support throughout the 2021 golf season!  Our final day of operations is Sunday October 10th, weather permitting.  Please note that there have been a few changes to our Covid-19 policies and operations.  We are confident that we are able to continue providing a safe environment for our guests and staff, following current provincial guidelines and we look forward to hosting you as our valued guest.

For the safety of resort guests and our staff please do not visit if any of the following apply:

•     If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, sore throat, cough, difficulty breathing).

•     Live in a household with someone with COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19. 

•     If you are considered a close contact of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.


General Safety Measures:

•     Please follow all public health and safety regulations as implemented by the Province.

•     Do not come to the golf course if you are sick or feeling unwell.

•     Masks are mandatory from the parking lot to the first tee and in all indoor spaces.  Mask can be taken off while at the driving range at designated area.  Once you leave that space you must wear a mask until you are on the first tee.

•     Physical distancing and other requirements will be monitored by staff on golf course property.

•     Please adhere to the 2m distancing rule when speaking with staff.

•     Hand sanitizer dispensers will be made available at the entrance to any building or outlet.

•     Food and beverage services are available at our Caddy Shack following all AHS guidelines.


On Course:

•     Please follow all on course signage.

•     Flag poles should remain in the hole. It is recommended that you do not touch the flag pole.

•     Players must always abide by the mandatory physical distancing requirements of at least 2 meters/6 feet. Please do not shake hands at the end of your round.

•     After your round, we ask that you please empty your cart of garbage and recycling in the bins provided by the Pro Shop.

•     In the event of lightning, please seek shelter in your vehicle. The Club House will have limited occupancy restrictions in place.

•     In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1 first. Please notify the Pro Shop of the emergency so they can assist the medical professionals in accessing your location.


Club House:

•     Masks are mandatory upon entering the Club House.

      Please continue to observe physical distancing while moving through the Clubhouse.

•     Pro Shop will be limited to 4 customers at any given time.

•     Member lockers are permitted but use is at your own risk as they will not be sanitized daily.

•     Pro Shop remains open and offering shoes, clothing and a variety of golf accessories for purchase.


•    Tee times must be booked online or by calling the Pro Shop 403-949-3333 Ext 1.

•    All golfers must take their own bags in and out of their vehicle and place them on pull carts or power carts.

•     Due to higher demand on carts, we cannot guarantee that carts will always be available.

•     Pull carts are allowed. Member-owned pull carts are permitted but must be taken home at the end of the round.

     Club House

•     The Club House Restaurant and Patio is currently closed for the season.


On Course

•     Caddy Shack and Patio will be open daily (subject to weather and golfer volume).

•     Masks are mandatory when entering the Caddy Shack.

•     Only 4 people are permitted in the Caddy Shack at a time.  Please follow the directional signs for the entrance and exit doors.

•     Patio:  Maximum 6 per table with members from the same household or if living alone, your two designated close contacts.

    Movement between tables is not permitted.

•     There is no potable water on the course – golfers should bring their own water bottle or purchase in the Caddy Shack.

•     No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted as this would be a violation of our liquor license.

     Golf club rentals and demos are available and sanitized after each use.


•    Club House and Caddy Shack washrooms are available.

•     #4/#5 washroom and #13/#17 washroom are open.


•     For all washrooms, cleaning with be increased throughout the day.  Please sanitize hands prior to entering and exiting the washroom.

     The short game chipping range, long range and practice putting greens are open daily.  Please note that the driving ranges will close after the last tee time.


Additional Recommendations

We recommend you take steps to protect yourself, we promote contactless payment as much as possible, regular hand sanitization and/or washing, staying within your household / cohort and avoiding gatherings on our properties.

Remain respectful - we will not tolerate any abuse towards our staff members or other guests in regards to any of these guidelines.  Anyone not able to follow our recommendations will be asked to leave.

We appreciate your review of these policies ahead of visiting us and your further cooperation during your visit.  Please realize we are living in an ever-changing situation and while many of these policies will stay in place for the remainder of the golf season, there may be additional ones brought forth or adjustments made as we adapt to our current environment and do everything possible to keep everyone safe.  We advise taking a look at our website to check for updates before each of your visits this season.
